Software sharing?

Hi

Is there any simple way to make a software application that I've installed on my system will be available through http to the othe users? For an instance, suppose if anyone want to access open office on my system through web browser?

It can be simply possible through virtual system, which is called as VNC. It allows user to connect system via Java and IP address with a port. Even it has a password protection feature and many more, however it is not a free. Any way you can use its features to share your system software.
