Default Knowledge base?

I am thinking it might be worth taking the time (much time) into setting up a FAQ/search set that will allow some resellers to grab information they may need to pass onto their own clients. I seem to be getting a ton of random support tickets for things I think are pretty common but they are lost on. Maybe I need new clients. :D

You should definitely have a FAQ/Search on your website so that your resellers as well as customers can find all the answers to the questions they have. Some of the customers check the website first before they contact the hosting provider and hence if you have an FAQ on your website, customers will be able to get the answers to their questions and may contact you if they need more information.

Tip: If you have a forum for your website, you can integrate the FAQ on your website with the forums which will increase the content on your forums and customers will also visit your forums which will help you to get more traffic

Best of luck!!

Visiting a website, before I purchase product or services they offer, or join their paid or free programs, or get involved in the website's activities, two first things I look for and read are "About" and "FAQ". So, setting up an informative and quality FAQ will surely be worth the time you allot to create it.

Thumbs up

Hi Mander,

Its a great idea to have FAQ on your website as it is beneficial for both the customer/users as well as for you.

As you can provide the link of the FAQ to the customer who have some trival question and they may forward this to others which may help you for marketing
purpose ;)

I think the FAQ is just as important as the About Us section. You want to make it easy on people to access information and I gaurantee including a FAQ section can boost your conversions.
