filter message tracking logs in exchange

ok im gonna tell you all how to Filter Message Tracking logs in Microsoft Exchange using Powershell.

alright people i have been trying to figure out why some of my client’s users are receiving some wired notification email. first I enabled message tracking in Exchange 2003, but for some reason it likes to create a log file that is unreadable.
