Outlook and Outlook Express have a very powerful "rules processing" abilities which allow you to define actions that should be taken automatically when a message is received. It is Based on various conditions, such as the email address the mail was sent from, either of the Outlooks can be instructed to copy, forward, move, or even delete the email.

It's simple Open Outlook express then click on Inbox folder. Go to Tool Bar >> Message >> Create Rule From Message . >> Here you will find 3 boxes

In 1st box "Select the Conditions for your rule" >> Check Rule 1: Where the from line contains people.
Go to 3rd box "Rule Description" click on Contains and Enter email address which you want to forward.

Now in 2nd box "Select action for your rule" >> Check Rule 4: Forward it to people.
Now go again in 3rd box "Rule Description" click on people and enter email address where you want to forward.

I have three POP e-mail accounts from which I download e-mail . They are all set up as accounts in Outlook 2003, however, I can't find out how to direct them to the folders I have created without creating a bunch of complex.
