Please help with Joomla code

I'm designing Joomla templates and I would like to offer different module styles which users can assign themselves in th joomla's back end. Right now I can only assign styles in the index file. Please point me in the right direction...

I am not so expert in Joomla, but I guess you will have to give administrative access to those users who may want to change module styles in the Joomla's back end.
