Hi

What type of rule do you allow in Apache .htaccess files?

.htaccess will have the power to rule the apache settings, such as directory permissions, IP banning, etc......

Okay! Apart from the topic, do you think web host also count POP/SMTP/FTP toward bandwidth usage?

Obviously yes, these are all applied toward bandwidth usage.
