Hi

Where should I place CGI scripts for my domain?

You need to be uploaded all the CGI scripts to the cgi-bin folder, for your domain. However don't forget to follow instructions for the scripts that you are going to upload regarding to setting permissions on the files and folders you create, as they vary form script to script.
