How to know about PHP error?, i was thinking about "trial and error"
Have a look at the following tips -
> All commands is perfect and ends with ";",
> Remember to close Command

The best way for detecting php error is echo & die statements.

Iconv error detection
Just use set_error_handler() to catch errors that occurred within
> iconv().
This will give you error message.

Trigger_error
It basically initiates condition in errors arouse. It is also used in conjunction with built-in error handler or perhaps user defined function that is set to handling new errors.
This helps to generate a response to the runtime.
