How to block the particular traced IP by PHP script?

Hello every body please suggest me regarding IP blocking script .I have script to find out the IP of the visitor of the particular region .Now problem is how to block the that traced IP?

I think there is no need to block IP from script when the similar task can be done through web control panel easily. For ex. If you are using cPanel control panel, then you will find there is an IP deny manager option to block certain IP or Domain or you can also block the entire range of IP address to prevent them accessing your website.
