Connection problem on port 8080

Hello,

Just for a curiosity I am experimenting few things and now I have a problem on a server.

If I make a "telnet ServerIP 8080", the connection does not work.
If I make a "telnet 128.0.0.1 8080", the connection is established.

This is a virtual server under vmware. Someone has already encountered such problems?

Hello,

This means that the software running the port 8080 was not attached to the network card. Therefore, only the local loop network is functioning.
