Hi

What steps need to be taken if SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is not working?

In that situation, you have to check the community name and trap destination IP and ensure address is correct on the SNMP page of remote configuration interface. Also make sure the SNMP management software is configured correctly on your machine.
