Default Decent firewall

Hi!
I am upgrading to aol broadband and will require a decent firewall.

The firewall which i have heard is suggested the most is Zone Alarm, with Nortons following close behind.

When upgrading to aol broadband, aol provides Mcafee Firewall free.

What would you suggest?

Stay with the default firewall offered by aol ( Mcafee ), or use another firewall like Zone Alarm or Nortons?

Hi!
mcafee and norten have only cost difference. Other than cost difference these utilize the same symantec engine.

Zonealarm is very effective but it is very resource intensive. It also has a habit of loading a new event for each thing it scans so can make your registry a bit on the untidy side.

Hi!
I would stick with Norton or Mcafee, they use the same Symantec engine but they each has extra features. I got Norton personal firewall 2004, but I am soon getting Norton internet security 2004.
