Default Changing SQLServer to MySQL

Am just in the process here at work of converting our whole <a href="http://www.bodhosting.com/" target="_blank" title="SQL" style="color:#000000;text-decoration:none">SQL</a> Server over to MySQL. Other than the obvious code changes is there anything we should be especially wary off??

Thanks in advance
Nick

Make sure that the database coding is not dependent on php version or any other software version on the server.

I am not an advanced database administrator but you can contact our helpdesk incase of any problem with your mysql database.
