Default Firewall Configuration in RHEL 5

At the screen, in Security Level Configuration Tool -

> You can select the enable / disable options
> If Disable firewall is selected, it allows complete access to any active services and ports.
> If Enable firewall is selected, it rejects incoming connections come in response to outbound requests, such as DNS replies / DHCP requests
> Devices in Network Configuration, select as Trusted devices.
> If listed, Trusted services connections for the service are accepted and processed by the system.
> In Other ports, list any additional ports that should be opened for remote access. You can use port:protocol
