Upgrade perl
cPnael on my server start sending notification of old perl version.
Is there any possible with which I can upgrade perl on server without causing any damage to the existing setup?

You can check the perl modules through following command :

/scripts/checkperlmodules
for upgrading perl you can download the latest version from :

"http://layer1.cpanel.net/perl588installer.tar.gz",
unzip the file and run install.sh
This will directly update perl on your server.
