Window and Linux Operating System.

Hey everyone, I have a question for you guys, could I know what is the differance between window o. s. and linux o.s.? And which one is better?

O.S. is shortened form of Operating System.

I think Linux is more better,it's more secure than windows. you can multi task a lot better in Linux as well.

It is the topic which will never end and we'll have good and bad opinions for both sides. IMO, Windows is easier to handle and linux is much safer to use. Linux also takes more time to understand. Few softwares support for windows while some support linux . I think its a 50/50 scenario. It also depends on which OS he is using.

I certainly agree with Jack21, in simple words, Linux is an open Source Operating System whereas Windows is not a Open Source Operating System, however to keep it short, both require equal good skills to march them through.
