Default Use two linux kernels at same time?

hey friends,
I have mandrake 10.1 with kernel 2.6... and i want to use this with some older kernel to do some RTL programming. Can I have two kernel, then i could be able to boot in either of two from lilo?

I think you could install different kernels in the same partition / Linux installation.Choose the one that you want to work with at boot time.
The boot menu will do the rest
Try to get more information on Kernel compilation and boot loader configuration.
