Reverse DNS?

Update: Nevermind. I went through support since that seemed the most logical choice.

I understand that in order to set up reverse DNS (resolve my IP addresses to my domain name) I must either run my own DNS server and have BodHost's DNS servers point PTR requests about my IPs to my servers or BodHost's DNS servers must have the appropriate entries on their servers to resolve my IPs. My question is: who do I have to talk to in order to get this done? Do I make a support ticket? Please answer if you know. Thanks.
