Do any of those here who are resellers have in house staff that take care of your needs when you are not around? Right now we are thinking about expanding but not sure how far to expand.
I want to clarify how reseller works. What I learned is that reseller problems can be solved by the hosting company thus we don't need to have additional staff unless we are that busy not to maintain the business.
Regarding house staff, is it a must to have 24/7 monitoring of a hosting company?
There are many web hosting companies who offer end-user customer support to their reseller hosting client's client. This is important for those who want to resell their hosting space allocated by the prime hosting provider, but cannot offer support services.
