B2evolution is a good option. It comes with multiple features and easy to use GUI.

You can consider B2evolution for Blog hosting and you can download it from Fantastico Auto-installer in cPanel control panel which is an added benefit, however, if you ask me for recommendation, Wordpress is what I would suggest

Even I would suggest Wordpress for blogging as it is much easy to use with the help of user-friendly interface. Also, the latest update of Wordpress 3.0 has much attactive features as compared to the previous version and also the bugs have been fixed which were left before.

Wordpress 3.0 is said to have the features of Wordpress MU as well as Wordpress and the dashboard interface is much more lighter in comparison to the previous versions of Wordpress. The features have been improved and the default theme has been changed. Also, it is claimed that 1,217 bugs of previous versions of Wordpress have been fixed. Therefore, if you are considering a blog hosting platform, Wordpress is certainly the best option for you

Never knew or thought that previous versions of Wordpress had 1,217 bugs Hammering

The previous version has been quite light and WP 3.0 is even lighter? That's great. I have updated my blog to the last version but haven't messed around with it yet.

@ Katie: Everybody has her own preference and B2Evolution is great, but for me Wordpress is the way to go.

Well IMO if you a new to blogging, you should prefer Wordpress for a start as it is very simple to use with lots of attractive features and plugins.

Also, you can install themes for your blog and customize it as per your requirements by placing the widgets etc.

I'll go ahead and voice my support for Wordpress, too! ;) It's easy to work with and has an extremely wide variety of plugins and themes available at no cost. As a designer, I've never had a problem getting a Wordpress-based site to do what I want it to do.

That said, you could do worse than B2evolution - so if that's what you want to use, go for it!

Wordpress Wordpress Wordpress Wordpress Wordpress Wordpress Wordpress

Yep I said it, typed it rather, 7x to. It is the only one I have liked. Its quick, simple, customizable, easier to try and skin than any others (or just find something premade that you already like). Its Wordpress all the way or nothing at all.
