Default How to install centOS 5.2 on SUSE 10.3

I got a self built system and i was able to successfully run and load SUSE Linux 10.3. But i m not able to install centOS 5.2 over it. Everything freezes at the welcome blue screen only TAB,Spacebar, F12 to continue and will not go any further. I would appreciate any kind of help...or please point me in the right direction.

You will definitely require more RAM. You should atleast have 1 GB RAM for this purpose. Please let us know what happens once you have tried this with more of RAM.

You shouldnt really need more ram, though the machine will go a hell of a lot faster with it. The problem doesnt sound ike it has to do with a lack of ram - what do you mean by the 'welcome blue screen' is this the boot screen for the cd or dvd that you are trying to install ? it could be that you have a cd for the wrong architecture - make sure you get the x86 cd! it could be a whole load of other issues as well though!

Agreed. Try another CD or DVD for installations and let me know what's the result.
