Default process under nobody

I had posted a thread here that I could see the most processes used by nobody user in my whm as & somebody advised me that running apache as nobody user is not probably a good idea & I got a reply here from support that it was fixed. Today I am not able to find the old thread so posting a new thread, The server load is showing 1.94 average.

while the most processes are shown under a nobody user how to find the user who is causing more load on the server ?

You can view it through CPU usage from cPanel and from Apache.Check for the website which is using more resources.
