Atmail database

I have installed at mail but the not able to login with username and password. It seems the atmail installation is not properly binded with atmail database?
What is the procedure to bind the atmail user to atmail database ?

You can use the following commands under atmail database to bind the atmail admin user to atmail database :

grant all privileges on atmail.* to atmail@localhost ;
grant usage on atmail.* to atmail@localhost identified by 'Password';
