Dedicated server or Reseller hosting

Hi

Well, I know that dedicated server hosting is the best way to start business and it is very special when you are planning to start your own web hosting business, but what about newish web host. Can reseller web hosting plans are able to complete their all demands.

For newer web hosts reseller hosting packages are well enough, however with reseller account there are some limitation as well. You won't get root access with reseller account so if you want to install any special scripts or modules that your clients require, then you will have to contact web host first, but this is not the case with dedicated server, as you will get the full server root access.

The main advantage of a reseller account is cost factor. If you wish to start web hosting business at lower amount of cost, then I'd suggest you to go with reseller plans. There are few limitation, but you won't have any problems. If you are just beginning with a few clients, reseller would be the best choice for you.

Reseller hosting does not require extensive knowledge of the technical aspects of web hosting. Usually, the data center operator is responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and hardware, and the dedicated server owner configures, secures, and updates the server.
