Recently, a new trend has begun to develop among spammers. To remain competitive, many small hosting companies can now register free sub-domains and hosting packages offer complementary. Spammers have found a new tactic: it takes longer to filter spam before it detects spam messages are sent via a website newly infected as opposed to sites that have existed for a long time and know a legitimate traffic. This time difference allows them to generate billions of spam messages that are sent using a botnet and make a fortune.

Spammer can easily continue with their activities without getting caught as they are being able to anonymously buy a domain name. They opt very simple way, nowadays it is very easy to register domain names and sending spam messages via new websites are quite easy job. Once their attack was over, usually they simply register another domain and repeat the whole task.

This kind of spamming activities happens due to different rules and regulation in all the countries. I am not so sure but in china buyers just need to give their identity and complete the official form. It is through this process that the spam sent areas from China has increased at high level.
