How To Create POP email account?

I know I should get a valid POP account names but I'd like to know the whole process.

This is my previous experience, hope it's useful

1. log in to bodhost.com account.
2. Click on Email Manager
3. There is a section called Add Pop Account. This is the section you need to fill out to add a pop account.
4. Full Name/ IE/Username
PS: Username is the pop account name. This name must be unique to the mail server. So common names may already be taken.
5. Password: This is the password you want for your email account.
PS: Characters can be any combination of alphanumeric and special characters such as @#!*02 and characters from a-z may be capitalized.
6.Type the password again.
7.Click Add Pop Account
