Default Multiple dedicated IP addresses?

Hi

If I have the multiple dedicated IP addresses with my dedicated server and I want to use it for my shared hosting customers, should I talk to web host before assigning them to my clients.

As you are going to assign them to your shared web hosting clients, it means you want to host multiple domains on those Ips so you will need to provide those domain names for justification.

As we provide 5 dedicated Ips with dedicated web server, one is the main IP and for other 4 Ips a justification is required.

To OP

You might require to justify their use to get more Ips later though. Normally, you will have to use 80% of your Ips before you can get more. Therefore valid justification is so important.

Post Re :

means that a website has its own IP address. Whether you type in your URL or the numeric form of its IP address, both will bring you to the same domain.
Some SEOs suppose that there really is no good reason to obtain static IP Web hosting. Your site will not perform any better by having its own static IP.
