I have heard a lot about importance of server location. Is there any there any difference between server based in different locations. Where are your server based?

Yes, at some point of view importance of server locations can make true sense, the server location definitely comes in concept with server speed.As far as Bodhost.com Servers are concerned, they are located in US as well as in UK with a server speed of 15 GBPS which provides easy access to the website.

This may also include in the relation of search engine Opimisation, as the search engines differentiate according to regions and therefore there might be an effect on the page rank etc.

It's good as far as Speed is concerned as well for SEO also .

Server location does matter if you are aiming to rank well in google. Google uses the IP location and TLD(e.g google.co.uk,google.nu etc) for optimising a site for different geographical results. The site hosted in UK with UK TLD is more likely to rank well in google.co.uk.
