dual CPU server

Hello,
I want to build a dual CPU server like this:
2 x E5620
4 x 300G SAS
adaptec 5405
16G RAM
Please give me some comments or suggestions about dual CPU server.

You can look at supermicro case CSE-822T-400LPB and CSE-813MTQ-520CB
the first one will be 2U with 400W PSU
the second one will be 1U with 520W PSU
