Default SQL on Windows dedicated servers

I need to have SQL databases if I choose a Windows dedicated server. Does BODhost.com offers SQL databases with Windows dedicated servers for free and install it for me? If not, what are the charges of SQL databases and it's installation?

Any help is appreciated...

Hello Titus,

We can provide you with MS SQL for your Windows Dedicated Server, there are no installation charges for it. We do provide MS SQL 2005 / 2008 Express Edition along with Windows Dedicated Server however if you need other Edition of MS SQL then you will need to pay the applicable charges for the required MS SQL edition.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

What is the difference between the different Editions of SQL ? And what are the benefits I will get if I choose another Edition of SQL as compared to the Express Edition.

Basically, MSSQL has different editions and they differ in the features they offer. Although, there are some features which are common in different editions of MSSQL, you will find that there is a difference between all the MSSQL editions. You can check the details and the features of each MSSQL edition through the links given below:

SQL Server 2008: Editions
