I was wondering which kind of support do you guys offer here at the BodHost? Ticket system is OK if it is answered promptly but LiveChat support is way better.
I was wondering about this too. Some hosting issues are quite urgent and can't be treated over the usual ticket system, which is fairly slow and inefficient in such cases.
I think that good support system is what defines a good web hosting provider, or any provider for that matter. Live chat is just another great option, if it's present.
