Default Affiliate Program

I'm sorry because I'm sure this question has been asked a lot, but where can I find more information on your hosting affiliate program?

Thank you.

I have used a lot of affiliate programs in the last couple of years and it all comes down to having a good web site where you can offer them. But I would like to hear more about BodHost's program.

I'm not exactly sure what an affiliate program is-- is it like a referral program, where you get credit for everyone that you refer? I would be interested in learning more as well, as I'm always interested in saving!

I believe they are similar to each other. In affiliate program, you are get paid some commision (which varies depending on the company policy) if someone purchase services, products or memberships through your affiliate link.

When you sign up for th program you become an affiliate of bodhost, in other words you get a share from each signup that you referred to bodhost.

Thank you Martin very much. I will check out the affiliate link right now. 20% commission is a lot when compared to other programs. It sounds like a good deal!

I didn't know I could make more money by referring someone here.

Do you need to have a website to be able to join this program? If you don't have a website, what is the best way in order to refer people to Bodhost?

What I'm thinking right now is through friends who have website that needs hosting. Speaking of this, my co-worker just asked lately how to host a website. But he is asking for a free hosting. Can you give me an idea on how to convince him on getting a paid web hosting?

David, there are lots of benefits to paid hosting over free hosting. There's better customer support and usually less downtime. Also, what if a free hosting company goes out of business? Your coworker could lose all of the data and such. Better to work with someone and pay a little bit.

What does he want it for?

Default Affiliate Programs

Hi David,

Unfortunately!:( its mandotory to have a website cause a link is place on your website with a unique id so that we can track a new customer recommended by you. Our software records all the information and then you get paid for each new sign-up through your website.:dancing:
For more limitation on free webhosting you can check the conversation - (What are tht limitations of free web hosting service ?)

Regards,
Sierra

A agree that free hosting is almost always a bad solution. I mean you could get a free Blogger or WordPress account but if you want versatility in design and function, you gotta opt for paying.

I really don't know what kind of website he's going to put up. He didn't even started it yet I think. I was thinking of geocities when I told him about free web hosting. I checked geocities just now and it was closed already. So I will try to ask him the details of the website he wants to put up and then I will tell the details here. I will tell him to check this forum for him to personally ask his own questions.
