Need an ideal solution for my Small Business

Currently, I have a small business website which is hosted on a shared web hosting package at cheap price. Because of the downtime i am losing my valuable visitors day by day. Also, the customer service is not available when i need their assistance.

I need to switch to a reliable and stable web hosting provider who can offer me a good value for my money without sacrificing the high performance. Also, i need enough space for my email campaign purpose. Expecting some good suggestion.....

As per your requirements, I would suggest you to start with a lower configuration VPS and upgrade if your requirements increase in future. If you consider a VPS, you do not share the resources of the VPS with any other websites which ensures more reliability and better performance. Also, you will get full root administrator access on your VPS and hence it is possible for you to install the applications you may need

According to the requirements you have mention, i would suggest you to opt for a personal website hosting or a cpanel web hosting package. These packages are similar to shared web hosting but a bit different regarding to the features. The personal hosting package is an ideal hosting solution for small and medium sized businesses which includes enough disk space and bandwidth to manage your email campaign purpose.

The real benefit of personal hosting package is that you can easily host multiple websites under one single account without paying extra for a separate account. The package includes much more features, but i am not sure if BodHost offer Personal Hosting packages.

Your requirements can match to have a VPS hosting package. You can easily cope up with the space required for emails, security is better than shared plans.

Reliability and stability can come with this package, however you will have to count few bugs more than your previous package

If you are looking for an equivalent to shared hosting but much reliable and less expensive, then you may consider VPS package. VPs is the technology which has been created by gathering a few features of dedicated servers and a few from the shared hosting. Also, as the vps is fully managed solution you don't need to worry about the server or hosting related issues, you can completely concentrate on your core business.

Although your requirements demand you a VPS package, I would advice you something which is best for you. If you want best of the performance, reliability, security and full control on the server, no issues with traffic, downtime, bandwidth , Dedicated Servers are the best for all this.

I fully agree with you Carlo, the dedicated server hosting is the best hosting package in terms of performance, reliability and security. But, he have already mentioned that his requirement is for a small business. The dedicated servers are good for large websites having high traffic. IMO, he should either opt for a Personal hosting or a VPS hosting package which i think is an ideal solution for his business needs.
