Cloud hosting/computing is the latest technology in the web hosting industry. As far as I know, Cloud hosting/computing basically involves a number of servers in a cluster in order to achieve higher level of scalability, reliability, uptime guarantee etc.

As for now, BODhost.com does not provide Cloud hosting/computing, however, they would surely provide Cloud hosting/computing in future :D

We are still in process of testing our cloud architecture and we will be implementing them soon on our servers.

I am not sure but I think this is the same as the 'spider web' theory a friend of mine mentioned the other day. I am still reading up more about it, but it does seem to be catching on pretty quick.

How has your testing phases been going lately?

It seems that using cloud hosting, webhost offering this service would be benefited more then the customers who are using it ;)
Though there's e investment for initial cloud hosting setup setup !!

Hello Laci,

Yes a webhost would indeed be benefited with a growth in the number of monthly sign-ups provided they manage to create an effective cloud architecture. And that is exactly how it should be,if the host is benefited, for sure they would pass on the benefits to their customers as well.

For most of the reputed web hosting providers customer satisfaction and fulfilling customer demands is more important than the initial cost of the set-up.

Agreed.

To be honest, the initial cost doesn't make a difference if you have customers who are satisfied in the long run. ;)

Rightly said Shane. There are not many businesses that actually think that way. There are very few companies that give more preference to customer satisfaction and customer service than simply profits.
