If you wish to send Business newsletters in a bulk then I would suggest you to go for a Dedicated server. You will be able to create mailing lists and send the newsletters to your customers with their individual name and email. You will be able to add the customers name with the email address and you will be able to add or remove the option automatically from the list.

You can also consider bodhost's VPS, they allow to send 500 mails per hour.

If you are looking for a paid service then there are lot of third party softwares in the market and you can try any one of them depending on your budget and requirement.

For business newsletters, I would recommend getting a third party service such as Aweber or GetResponse. They both have a lot of features to automate your list as well as terrific reputations so you don't find a lot of ISPs that filter them into the spam folders. I don't know about Aweber but GetResponse has a free account to give it a test drive up until 500 subscribers.

Have you thought about using a service like aweber? I know that many people use these kind of services for auto responders and such, so they may be useful.

I don't want to use Aweber or Getresponse - I have more than 10,000 subscribers, so the fees are RIDICULOUS when the subscriber numbers get this high. I know it sounds very lame, but I'm still using a useless free yahoogroups mailing list service. I hate it. My subscribers hate it. But it's free.

What CHEAP options do I have to move my mailing list without being charged $129.99 per month?
