windows server for a microsoft exchange 2007

Im looking for a windows server for a microsoft exchange server, The windows spec dosnt have to be much about 256mb ram and quite a low disk space say about 5gb, remote access would be good, 32 bits and 64bits dosnt really matter 64 bits handles more data and i am more then happy to link up with your webhosting company as i have very good knowledge on windows server 2000, 2003 as i work on servers in college.
