Domain Transfer -- Email Accounts?

If I transfer my domain (from Doteasy) over to BODHOST.com VPS Hosting, do my email accounts(POP mail) automatically transfer over as well?

If not, is there some procedure for doing this?

Also, are VPS hosted sites actively monitored/managed at all by BODHOST.com staff (for example the site goes down or database errors)?

Lastly, in the VPS hosting features, what does the "Fully Managed" category mean?
Does it mean, BODHOST.com does nothing and everything is managed by the user?

What do I need to do in order to transfer my domain and email accounts over?
One of my email accounts has many subfolders. I hope that isn't a problem.
