Hello,

I see that you offer Cloud Server. Does the cloud server provide full redundancy? As if the hardware/software encounter issue or error, it will fail over to another one server which can continue our process? Is there any break down on the cost below?

Does the cloud server provide full redundancy?

Obviously, the main purpose of cloud hosting platform is to provide more redundancy. FYI, cloud environment makes a use of servers in a cluster to ensure that there will always one server available to manage with the load on the cluster or to replace a crashed server.
