Default configure VPS on my dedicated server

I'm looking for Windows Dedicated server but I have also seen VPS hosting. I want to know what is difference between both of them. If I get Dedicated server, and I want to configure VPS on my dedicated server will you do this configuration for me?

Default

A dedicated server is a physical server, whereas, a VPS is a virtual private server. A number of virtual private servers are created on a dedicated server using a virtualization application.

You can create VPSs on a dedicated server whether it's Linux or Windows but you need to install a virtualization application on the server and then create VPSs. We won't be able to assist you with the configuration of the VPSs if it's created using a 3rd party application.
