Default Thinking of transferring

Due to my current webhosts support getting worse and their server uptime is worse than that, I am looking at moving my Linux VPS service.

I have a couple of things to consider first of all. What level of support is given here? I purchased an SSL certificate so if I wanted to change how would that effect the certificate, would there be any problems moving it accross? Next how much would an additional IP be?

Thanks

Sorry to know about your bad experience with your host.

With regards to your questions:

We offer 24x7 uninterrupted support through live chat, phone support and helpdesk. You can contact us at anytime via any of those modes.

The SSL can be easily migrated. The VPS dept. will assist you to do so.

We provide 2 dedicated IP's for free with each VPS, however, if you need additional IP's you can provide the justification for the usage of the IP's and pay $2.00 USD per month per IP.

Feel free to post if you have any questions.
