Default Mailing list

I know that sending bulk email is something hosting providers do not allow. But my mailing list is legal. What if it is treated as spam list and then my ip is blocked. How to prevent this?

Since you say it is a legitimate mailing list you should not have any issues of blacklisting IP's. Make sure you include a subscribe/unsubscribe link along with the content. How many emails in one go are you planning for ?

If you are planning to send a good amount of emails with the server or a hosting plan, it would be a good idea to create smaller mailing lists and then send the emails even if all the emails are sent to subscribers as this would eliminate the chances of IPs being blacklisted which probably wouldn't happen if the emails are sent to subscribers ;)

2000-3000 emails at one time. What should I do? But all email address are of my clients. I have not picked them from any other sources. I will also include the subscribe and unsubcrbe option that you told me about.

While I understand that the mailing list might be a legit one, the e amount of mails in it and further any complaints could treat this as spamming. So, you should cut the mailing lists in smaller lots and then send it over. Too many emails in one go also cause the server load to go high.
