"Custom" Applications

I have a rather odd question possibly? Say I have a VPS setup and I install a "custom" application (by custom I simply mean an app that BodHost does not offer in their packages). If I have managed VPS will you assist me in resolving an issue even if it regards the custom app?

We can help you with the installation of the 3rd party applications/ software, however we do not provide or guarantee support for any 3rd party applications.

Besides this, the servers are fully managed by us at no extra cost.
