Hello.
Do you offer Awstats? Can I import my old log files from my current host?
What backups do you offer, other than one's own via cPanel, and via phpmyadmin if it's available?
Am I right in thinking I can host as many domains as I wish under one account under the Silver and Gold packages? How many under the others, please? How many mySQL databases do you get?
Are you able to offer help moving from my existing host, which uses cPanel (even if I move my domains to a third party for peace of mind?)
Can one upgrade account easily if required - even to reseller?

We offer Awstats as well as Webalizer. You can import your log files as well as .dat files which contain your existing stats and those will be displayed in your control panel.

You can host unlimited number of parked domains and addon domains.Unlimited mysql databases are also inclusive.

We will transfer your account from another host free of cost and we have no problem wherever you want to keep your domain name as we register domains on behalf of our customers and the ownership remains under your control in any case. Upgration is not a problem and you can upgrade or downgrade your package free of charge but you wont get any kind of difference refunded incase of downgrade. Downgrade will ensure that your next billing amount reduces but make a note that the previously paid amount for higher plan will not be refunded.
