Private internal Windows domain?

I basically need the equivalent of an offsite windows network, i.e. Windows domain controller, exchange server, sql server, sharepoint/TFS, etc. But the company is very small so I can't really justify the expense of dedicated servers.

Is this possible and what solution/costs can you folks offer? Please profile both a single "server" and for two servers. Thanks in advance.

I hate to say it.... Dedicated Server is the answer.
