Preferred Web Browser.
Hi All,
I am curious to know, what browser do you prefer ?
Is it : A) Firefox, B) Chrome, C) IE, D) Safari or E) Any other
If possible also state your preferences in a descending manner.
My choice would be : Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and lastly IE.

I like firefox because the shortcuts available for Firefox navigation reduce the need for you to reach for your mouse or keyboard.

I really like Chrome because it is very fast for loading pages. The only bad thing about it is the lack of customization and lack of support for certain types of media. Firefox is my second choice but recently, it stopped working properly by not loading pages fully and being slow. Safari is my alternative to Firefox.(Very bad substitution, I know) IE is only used if I have to use it.

Nice way of answering. You haven't left a single browser listed by Matt.
IMO, Firefox is best of all available Browsers. There are various features that Firefox supports and offers. Though, Multi-tasking feature supported by Firefox is the reason why I prefer this browser.

Oh great, I knew this
Sharing votes with others for Firefox makes me feel good Well, it's the capability and stability Firefox offers which has made it the favorite browser among all the users I think it's user friendly and easy to use which also adds up to it's features :D

FireFox was my favorite till now, however it has failed to keep up my expectations based on the previous experience. Chrome is far more better and clean as compared to it. Firefox is causing a lot of trouble with the recent changes or updates and its getting quite complicated for me. Hence I switched to Chrome and believe me its fast and smooth.

Firefox is indeed a good and user-friendly browser, but recently I have faced some issues with it.Recently,in a month the browser suddenly crashed 7-8 times.
Have anybody experienced such an issue?

I have had a few crashes but that will not make me abandon my beloved Firefox, although I will download Chrome as I would like to give it a try.
All the addons for Firefox which makes browsing and information collection highly efficient makes it my browser of choice.
I will not mention my love-hate relationship with IE, namely that I love to hate it. Not once has it performed properly and it has a tendency of making me want to throw my computer out the window. The latest bit of joy is that if it blocks a popup it compltely freezes and the only way I can shut it off is by restarting my computer. This is what I would like to do to whoever designed and coded IE Hammering ...

When searching I love Chrome as it integrates so well with Google that it is amazingly useful. Plus it is really quick as well.
I use Firefox when I am just aimlessly browsing or when I need some of the tools that are only available for Firefox at the moment.
IE - let's not go there, healthier for all those who cannot suffer to hear a string of expeletives.

Fire Fox has no comparison with any if the given. I guess it is the best. if we compare it with Chrome, it doesn't eat up the resources and also is faster than the chrome. IE is far behind the Firefox. ever since i am using the Firefox, not a simgle day i though of switching to other browser.

Firefox is good actually it is the best in the market, only problem associated with Firefox so far is that it crashes too frequently as compared to the other web browsers. I particularly noticed if you open too many tabs in Firefox after few minutes it heads straight to a crash.

Firefox is of my likings too.Its basically because of the range of add-ons available. But sometimes I prefer to use Chrome as there are certain websites that were inaccessible to me when tried in FF,but just to give it a try I used accessing it with Chrome, and to my surprize it worked.

I like to use what works, but most times I will test things out in Chrome before the others but that also depends on what I am playing around with. The only thing so far that I see does not work with Chrome is a chat software for SMF forums, it tends to glitch out.

I've noticed this as well, but to be honest firefox only gives up on me after I have more than 40 tabs and windows open. Don't ask , I leave stuff open so I don't forget I need to read the information. I know about bookmarks, but I forget about them as well .

Interesting, 60% of the votes go to FireFox while the remaining 40% to Chrome. Looks like most of the users prefer Firefox

Yeah, whats further strange is that there is nobody using any other browser except FF and Chrome. I was actually expecting few votes to IE.
