Overall this indicate their sincerity, dedication and good corporate culture, they are really good people, providing good service and support as well.

Forums are always good to have, it lets there customers express how they feel about hosting, give suggestions and help make there company better.

I am glad to see Bod Host have a forum, not many hosting companies have forums and I think if they did it would be better for business.
