Is it possible to move IP Addresses from one server to another?

The IP address can be moved but this depends on the type of hosting plan or server you choose to move the IP address. Sometimes, the racks of certain servers are setup in a different manner or in a different network due to which it is not possible to migrate the IP address but you can confirm with the hosting provider as they will be able to assist you with it.
