Domain Rename

Hello

We recently had to rename a domain. Everything went very well as we planned using the latest tools, but when we rna gpfixup it reported that the operation completed with errors, please check.

However, everything looks as it is. So where and what should I be checking for these errors? There does not seem to be anything in the documentation that I can find.
