Not able to add a domain as park domain

I am not able to add a domain as park domain. It is giving me an error that it cannot be created and when I click on show details it gives the following Error from park wrapper: dbsa18.com is owned by another user.

There are two ways to resolve the issue:

>>> This type of error message is received when you attempt to remove a parked domain name, simply try adding the domain name to the "Add-on Domains" section of your control panel. It will error out. Once you receive the error message you must go into the Parked domains section of your control panel and remove the domain name.

>>> enable the option from whm >> tweak settings
Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered and
edit cpanel.config
vi /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
autocreateaentries=0
Save the file and try to add an park domain domain-to-addon.com it will resolve your issue.
