Default Error Outlook Express - 550 administrative prohibition

Hello!
I can't send and receive email via outlook. It is throwing error Outlook Express - 550 administrative prohibition. Can you please help me resolve it?

Actually this problem occur when our outgoing SMTP mail server do not recognize us as the authorized user of our email account. So once you follow the below given steps it should be working fine for you.
Just need to turn on SMTP authentication by going into Tools >> Accounts, select your email account on the Mail tab and then click Properties.
Click on the Servers tab and make sure the correct server information is entered in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) field. Usually the incoming and outgoing mail server is mail.domain name.com , here replace domain name.com with your actual domain name. Also select the option ‘My server requires authentication’ in the Outgoing Mail Server section. Click OK and then Close to confirm these changes.
